With over 18 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I bring a holistic, evidence-based approach to helping individuals and organizations achieve lasting well-being — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Professional Experience
For nearly three decades, I have worked across a wide spectrum of wellness disciplines, combining lifestyle medicine, psychology, movement science, and coaching. My professional experience includes one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, and event-based wellness programming.This broad foundation allows me to design customized wellness experiences — from intimate women's retreats to corporate workshops — that are both science-driven and personally meaningful.

Wellness is not one-size-fits-all. I believe in a personalized, practical, and holistic approach that meets people where they are. By blending proven strategies with intentional practices, I help individuals and teams unlock healthier habits, reduce stress, and reconnect with what truly matters.
